The arms and tail are long pieces of fabric -- chiffon, I think -- of the same kind that's used in belly dancers' costumes, so they flow beautifully. The two arms are attached to the head at one point each. The tail is attached to the head at two points, so that it can hang above or below my hand, depending on the desired effect.
